Celebrating 5 Years of Culture, Community & Tradition

Join us for the 5th Annual Portland Mid Autumn Festival, a two-day celebration that brings together thousands of community members to experience one of Asia's most cherished holidays.

Hosted by the White Lotus Foundation, the Portland Mid Autumn Festival celebrates the traditions of the Mid Autumn Festival through food, culture, entertainment, and community.

Since launching in 2022, the festival has grown into one of Oregon's largest Asian-American cultural celebrations, creating a welcoming space where families, friends, and neighbors from every background can gather to celebrate together.

Whether you're reconnecting with your heritage, introducing your children to cultural traditions, or discovering the Mid Autumn Festival for the very first time, everyone is welcome.

What is the Mid Autumn Festival?

Celebrated throughout many countries across Asia and by Asian communities around the world, the Mid Autumn Festival is a holiday centered around family, gratitude, reunion, and the harvest season.

Traditionally celebrated beneath the full harvest moon, families gather to enjoy delicious food, exchange mooncakes, light colorful lanterns, and spend meaningful time together.

At the Portland Mid Autumn Festival, we bring these traditions to life while celebrating the incredible diversity of Portland's Asian-American community.
